In fiscal year 2026, dependents can have the health check-ups below. Note that it is not possible to have multiple health check-ups in the same fiscal year.

Complete check-up

Content These checkups include many items to enable the early discovery and treatment of illnesses for which there are no subjective symptoms.

Notes If you would like to have a checkup, the Health Insurance Society will mail you a checkup ticket, so please use the “FY2026 Municipal Health Checkup Application Form” to apply. (This takes about two or three minutes.)

Lifestyle-related disease screening

Content These checkups include basic items in line with regular health examination items as stipulated by the Industrial Safety and Health Law.

Mobile gynecological check-up

Content We conduct these checkups, which are focused on women's diseases, including breast cancer and cervical cancer at examination venues nationwide.
(These checkups include stomach X-rays, colon cancer tests, breast ultrasounds or mammography, pap smears, and fundoscopic examinations.)
