Health Check and screenings for insured persons

• * If you have lost your eligibility at the time of your checkup, you cannot have it done.
  Note that if you do have a checkup without the eligibility to do so, you will have to pay all the costs of the checkup yourself.

• * If you would like to replace a health examination with a complete check-up, please have your checkup done during the period indicated by your company.

* Only insured persons who have been transferred from the companies to which they belong to other companies

If you have a health check-up at an assignee company, please submit your health check-up results to the Health Insurance Society.
