To make an appointment for a checkup, go to My Page and then "Schedule a checkup".

Complete check-up

Content These checkups include many items to enable the early discovery and treatment of illnesses for which there are no subjective symptoms.
Eligible members Insured persons
  • * If you have lost your eligibility at the time of your checkup, you cannot have it done.
    Note that if you do have a checkup without the eligibility to do so, you will have to pay all the costs of the checkup yourself.
Appointment period
Examination period		 Tuseday, April 1, 2025 - Tuseday, March 31, 2026
  • * If you would like to replace a health examination with a complete check-up, please have your checkup done during the period indicated by your company.
Contracted medical care institutions

Brain check-up

Content These checkups are intended to diagnose brain-related diseases or discover the risks of such diseases early (three items: MRI, MRA, and carotid artery ultrasounds).
Eligible members Insured persons(Age 30 or older)*
  • * Born between April 1, 1951, and March 31, 1996.
