The JERA Health Insurance Society has a nationwide network of 1,700-plus partner dental clinics where free dental checkups are available.
Usage flow

You can visit the Dental Checkup Center website to search for and apply with available clinics (by using a computer or smartphone).

On the day of your checkup, please bring a copy of your "dental checkup appointment finalization" email (or present the email screen), and fill out the necessary items on the checkup form. |

After your checkup is finished, you will receive an explanation of your results based on the checkup form. |

We would also appreciate your cooperation in responding to the questionnaire emailed to you by the Dental Checkup Center at a later date. |
Other
- Guidance on medical consultation and treatment can be provided to persons for whom treatment is necessary based on their checkup results, but it is necessary to confirm the enrollee's intentions in such cases.
- * If it is found that you require treatment, please talk to your attending physician after your checkup and make a decision.
- Note that follow-up checkups and medical consultation and treatment cost money.
- If you wish to change the date of or cancel your appointment, be sure to contact the Dental Checkup Center. (If you are trying to do this immediately before your appointment or the Dental Checkup Center is closed, directly contact the dental clinic instead.)
